Justification: The FDIC is revising form 6200-25 (Interagency Charter and Federal Deposit Insurance Application) to remove references to the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) as that agency no longer exists. There are no substantive changes to the form which otherwise remains as currently approved by OMB.
