How well has the Collaborative and individual Centers established themselves nationally? What is the child welfare field’s perceptions of their expertise, credibility, and value?
What services are being delivered by the Centers? How well have they been defined and what are they intended to achieve and for whom? What is being delivered by Centers during tailored services (e.g., structure, quantity, duration)?
How satisfied are service recipients with the quality of the Centers’ services?
