You have been selected to participate in the Navy
Health of the Force Survey. This survey is being conducted by OPNAV
N1/MPTE on behalf of the Chief of Navy Personnel. The survey includes
questions about your career expectations, your experiences in the
fleet, and the policies and programs that impact you on a day to day
basis. Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous.
However, we strongly encourage you to participate as the information
you provide will inform future manpower and personnel policy
decisions. If you have any questions about the survey or how the data
will be used, please contact Dr. Jen Jebo at
