HHS revised the regulatory
requirements of the Title X program by readopting 2000 regulations
with modifications and revoked the 2019 Final Rule in its entirety.
These revised regulations require Title X applicants and grantees
to report certain information in grant applications that is
necessary for the Office of Population Affairs to administer the
Title X grant program. This Information Collection Request outlines
theinformation collection requirements. For more information,
please refer to the final rule as published in the Federal
Register.
This is a comment filed on a
proposed rule which reflects the additional estimated burden for
the Title X grant requirements under § 59.4, 59.5, and 59.7. The
increased burden was due to an adjustment.
