We are recommending one technical edit to the instruction for column C on tables 8, 9, and 10 in this information collection. This change does not have an impact on respondent burden. The edit clarifies that measurable skill gains should be reported on tables 8, 9, and 10 according to the same criteria on table 4, which were approved in the renewal of this information collection on February 4, 2021. That is, the most recent of any of the five measurable skill gain types (if achieved) must be reported for adult education participants in integrated and education training programs or workplace literacy programs. Tables 8, 9, and 10 are subsets of table 4 and therefore must allow any of the five types of measurable skill gain to be reported for adult education participants in integrated and education training programs or workplace literacy programs, as is the case on table 4.
