Purpose and instructions: The purpose of the time-use survey is to help us learn how teachers and administrators at early care and education centers spend their time. The Staff Roster for time-use surveys form will help us obtain a list of staff members in specific administrative and teaching positions to invite them to participate in the time-use survey. Please list the first name, last name, and email address for all administrators and teachers in the pre-filled staff positions included for this center. All information will be kept private.
