PURPOSE:

The goal of this National Library of Medicine (NLM) survey is to collect qualitative customer service feedback from users of the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) data sets and tools, specifically to assess user interest and preferences for NCBI services that cloud computing provides. The information from this survey will be used to improve the design and operation of NCBI resources.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

Respondents will be individual attendees at scientific meeting who volunteer to complete the short survey.
