TITLE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION: NIH Library Literature Search Customer Feedback Survey
PURPOSE:
The purpose of this information collection is to collect feedback from customers that have requested literature searches from the NIH Library. We will collect information about their experience, the quality of the product and their satisfaction with the service received. The information will be used to better the service delivery of our literature searching service.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:
The NIH Library serves NIH staff, fellows, trainees, contractors and other federal entities. This request is seeking clearance for non-federal employees (trainees, fellows, and contractors) that use our literature searching service.
