Request: The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requests approval of this non-substantive change memo for the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients Information Collection (OMB 0906-0034 expiration date 2/29/2024). The proposed change is to replace HRSA’s draft response to the comments received from the American Society of Transplant Surgeons in response to the 30-day Federal Register notice.

Purpose: HRSA’s draft response was prematurely inserted into Supporting Statement A and submitted to OMB in ROCIS. This modified response contains edits from the leadership of the Healthcare Systems Bureau and Office of General Counsel.

Burden: This request does not change the burden estimate.

Proposed Changes: Please see the attached supporting statement containing the amended response on pages 3-4.
