Office of Refugee Resettlement program
regulations require that States submit an annual application in
order to received reimbursement for benefits and services provided
to refugees, Amerasians, Cuban and Haitian Entrants, asylees,
Afghans and Iraqis with Special Immigrant Visas, and victims of a
severe form of trafficking. The regulation requires that States
provide estimates of expected costs broken down by cash assistance,
medical assistance, administrative costs, and services to
unaccompanied refugee minors.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).

the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
