it is time to stop grants to low income families. it is best to let them strive to get into a higher income level. giveawyas never work. it is too easy for them to coast and keep takig = taxpayers dolalrs forever. and that is not how a country needs to run. we need every member contribuging and when the money comes in they will never work. they expect money for therest of their lives. its time to end these easy programs for some who will never work a day in tehir lives. this comment is for the public record plese receipt., jean publee jeanpublic1@yahoo.com,
