TIME SENSITIVITY: Program would like to update the Scorecard for Campaign Partners use in October 2020 for the FY 2021 Campaign
This is a request for a non-substantive change to the Health Resources and Services Administration’s, (HSB) National Hospital Organ Donation Campaign's Activity Scorecard (OMB #0915-0373, expires 12/31/2022
The proposed changes are requested as COVID-19 has made several in-person activities listed on the Scorecard irrelevant at this time. The form will revert to the original information requests after COVID-19 has abated.
Changes include:
Changing the name of the Scorecard from 2020 to “2021 HOSPITAL CAMPAIGN SCORECARD”
Removing all text referring to in-person activities (see attached text highlighted in yellow)
To enable us to use the Scorecard if and when in-person activities are allowed, we propose to only remove the text highlighted in yellow. When in-person activities are allowed, the Scorecard will still be relevant and will not require additional changes.
Thanks in advance for any guidance you can provide. We would like to update the Scorecard for Campaign Partners use in October 2020 for the FY 2021 Campaign.
