Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America, is a ten-year initiative beginning in FY 2020 to achieve the goal of reducing new HIV infections to less than 3,000 per year by 2030. The EHE Initiative will assist HRSA HAB in monitoring activities and assessing progress towards national goals. RWHAP Part A and Part B Recipients and Subrecipients are expected to report three times per year on clients who received at least one service in a 4-month period.
