Information Collection OCSE-157 Child Support Annual Data –OMB No.: 0970-0177
ISSUE
The Office of Child Support Enforcement would like to make a few minor revisions to the OCSE-157
Child Support Annual Data Report instructions (OMB No.: 0970-0177). This information collection
request was submitted to OMB on December 11, 2018. We published the 30-day Federal Register Notice
(FRN) on December 6, 2018, providing the opportunity for public comment while the request was
submitted to OMB. These revisions are based on comments we received during this comment period. The
comments identified two typographical errors that were corrected. In addition, we decided to remove a
proposed statement in the instructions that was a source of concern identified through the 60-day and 30day FRN periods (See Attachment 2 within the current submission for comments received in response to
the 60-day FRN).
Please see the following attached documents: 1) Two copies of the updated instructions—a word version
with tracked changes and a clean PDF version; 2) Copy of the public comment received during the 30-day
FRN
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need any additional information.
Thank you,
Angela M. Ingram Jones
