the basics of processing an employee's official travel request for
permanent change of duty station (PCS). This allows the Exchange HR
travel team to determine eligibility for travel, provide assistance
in applying for visas/passports, moving goods and locating
residences. Pertinent information on an employee's spouse or
dependents is also collected to effectively arrange a change of
duty station.
