SUBJECT: Non-Substantive Change Request to the Culture of Continuous Learning Project: A Breakthrough Series Collaborative for Improving Child Care and Head Start Quality Information Collection (0970-0507)

This non-substantive change request is to make minor revisions to Attachment S. Feasibility Study Q&A sheet, a supplementary document approved as part of the Culture of Continuous Learning Project: A Breakthrough Series Collaborative for Improving Child Care and Head Start Quality information collection (OMB # 0970-0507).

The study team realized that one answer in the Feasibility Study Q&A sheet included a paragraph that was misleading following a change to the question during passback. We revised the Feasibility Study Q&A sheet to remove this paragraph. Additionally, the study team updated a sentence with the dates of the observations. The changes to the Feasibility Study Q&A sheet are as follows:

• Updated the placeholder regarding the dates of the observations. Previously, the placeholder read “…dates to be determined pending OMB approval.” Now, the sentence reads “…in the summer of 2018.”

• Deleted the second paragraph in the answer to the question “Is there an honorarium for participation?” In an early version of the Q&A sheet, the question had focused on risks and benefits of participation, and thus, the second paragraph addressed those topics. However, following OMB comments prior to approval, the question was revised to focus on honorarium, and the risk and benefits discussion was moved to be included in the consent forms rather than the Q&A. In error, the second paragraph was not deleted when the question was originally revised. This revised version removes paragraph.
