Justification for Non-Substantive Change to Discontinue DSP-119
The Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (“DDTC”) requests that the Form DSP-119 be discontinued.
The DSP-119 is an application for an amendment to license for Export or Temporary Import of Classified Defense Articles and Related Classified Technical Data. The DSP-85 is the application for a Permanent/Temporary Export or Temporary Import of Classified Defense Articles and Related Classified Technical Data. Due to the nature of the classified designation of the DSP-85, the Defense Security Service (“DSS”) has required that all amendments be submitted on a new DSP-85 form, not on the DSP-119. Therefore, the Form DSP-119 is no longer being used.
Please make the discontinue date effective on November 30, 2017.
