HHS OWH will engage Lightspeed All Global to conduct recruitment for this research and administer the survey. Lightspeed All Global provides proprietary panels of more than 400,000 physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals in the U.S., E.U., Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and Latin America.
All panel members have been telephone recruited by recruitment teams and have opted in to become members. Lightspeed All Global has a stringent sampling procedure in place linked with its panel management system, ensuring a representative demographic cross section that takes into consideration population density by country, region, rural vs. urban, specialty, and hospital vs. office settings.
Lightspeed All Global will verify panel members through a rigorous background check, where data is verified against the American Medical Association Register (AMA) in the U.S. For this specific recruitment effort, only health professionals in the U.S. will be considered. Lightspeed will recruit based on specialty to ensure our quotas for each type of health professional (see burden table) are met.
Every survey is initiated by a personalized email invitation sent directly to the panelist’s registered email address. Each invitation has a unique link to the survey in which they are invited to participate.
To maximize response rates, Lightspeed will recruit from an established database of providers to ensure our audience and the desired specialties are represented in the sample.
OWH staff and the contract research team have reviewed and tested the documents in this submission.
