Clinical and Developmental Evaluation Measures

Neurologic	Brain anatomy: Computerized tomography	Referrals only: Children with microcephaly or significant delays (i.e. when clinically indicated) without available brain scans collected previously.	30 – 60 minutes
Vision	Visual acuity; evaluation of vision	All	50 minutes
Vision	Functional vision assessment	Referrals only: Children who score below cut-off for ASQ problem solving domain and/or the HINE visual response	20 minutes
Biological/blood	Blood sample for ZIKV, lead, anemia, thyroid stimulation hormone, thyroxine (either free T4 or both total T4 and estimated free T4), and kidney and liver function tests	All	10 minutes
Hearing	Audiologic Evaluation	Referrals only: Children who score below cut-off for the ASQ communication domain and/or the HINE auditory response	2 hours
