As contemplated and discussed in its final rule, Accreditation of Third-Party Certification Bodies
to Conduct Food Safety Audits and To issue Certifications (80 FR 74570), FDA has developed
an electronic system for implementation of its Third Party Certification program. To minimize
burden and increase efficiency, a standardized format has been created for respondents to
provide the information authorized under this collection. Accordingly we are providing
screenshots of the system interface for OMB approval.
