Research and Studies (IRS) program provides grants to institutions,
public and private agencies, organizations, and individuals to
conduct research and studies to improve and strengthen instruction
in modern foreign languages, area studies, and other international
fields. The information will be used as a basis for project
monitoring and performance reporting, among other grant
administration activities.
