Dear Parents/Guardians,

The safety and wellbeing of our students continues to be our top priority. Given the negative consequences associated with underage drinking, we have partnered with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, on an underage drinking prevention initiative. This initiative will involve the participation of students and parents/guardians in two brief surveys regarding underage drinking.

As parents and caregivers, we hope you will take advantage of this opportunity by agreeing to complete the first survey, the first of which may be accessed using the link below. Each survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time and all of your answers will be kept strictly confidential.
