The purpose of this collection is to provide qualitative and quantitative data needed by the Department of the Army (DA), specifically the Army Marketing Research Group, on the awareness of non-federal employees with DA/OSD designated critical skills of career opportunities within government service (GS) and their interest in such employment. This information will be used to develop and assess DA employment marketing goals and campaigns.
