This is a reinstatement, thus
all burden is new. The number of respondents has decreased from 128
to 126 and the total burden hours have decreased from 1024 to 1008
over the funding cycle. The decrease in the number of projects
funded is a result of grantees having not been unsuccessful in the
most recent EOC competition. Therefore, the number of projects
currently completing the EOC APR is 126 grantees.
