In this past year, to what extent would you say AWARE activities have led to enhanced collaboration and
coordination across child and youth serving agencies?
a. What specific activities have contributed to enhancements in partnership, collaboration and
coordination?
An important element in partnership and coordination among partners is shared decision-making. To what
extent is information-sharing across child-serving agencies enhanced as a result of NITT-AWARE?
Please describe any successes you have had this year related to collaboration and coordination activities.
Please describe any challenges/barriers involved related to collaboration and coordination activities to
state/local-level collaboration, partnership development and shared decision making? If the challenges have
