Describe your overall user experience filing documents/submissions on EDGAR. As part of this, address the following:
How often do you access EDGAR
How much time does it take you to submit a filing (aware that this can vary by type of filing, a general time for each of your fillings would be fine)
How many different forms do you use?
How do you currently communicate with the SEC?
What aspects of the EDGAR filing process are the most challenging/problematic? What are the most significant “pain points”? What aspects of the EDGAR filing system, if any, are “too broken” to repair?
What aspects of the EDGAR filing process work well that you would like to see carried over into any new system
What do you think be the most important features of a new electronic filing system?
Do have any specific recommendations to reduce filer burdens or costs?
Are there specific technology-related issues that you would like to see addressed in the new system?
In this regard – what are your thoughts on how the following processes work in current EDGAR and any improvements that should be addressed in a new system:
Authentication: managing access to file on EDGAR.
Submission: submitting information to the SEC.
Communication: communicating with the SEC.
