The Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention is requesting a revision to forms used to collect
information under 42CFR Part 73, with the purpose of ensuring
select agents or toxins are managed appropriately to prevent any
threats to human health or safety.

The requested revisions involve
changes to some forms and a reduction in burden and respondents due
to a decrease in the number of respondents now involved in this
program.

1320.8(b)(3).
