contingent upon OMB’s understanding that DOL will accomplish two
tasks prior to the next renewal for this ICR: (1) convene one or
more stakeholder meetings, including OMB, to understand current and
future needs of Federal data users and sponsors; (2) identify
methodological issues in the current design (e.g., sampling
approach, degree and impact of nonresponse, methods of
administration, methods for developing and testing questions) and
propose a process to prioritize and address them.

National Agriculture Workers Survey
(NAWS) provides an understanding of the manpower resources
available to U.S. agriculture. It is the national source of
information on the demographic, occupational health and employment
characteristics of hired crop workers.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
