Section 4 of the Assistive Technology
Act of 1998, as amended, requires states to submit an application
in order to receive funds under the state grant for assistive
technology program. This information collection will be used by
states to meet their application requirements. annual data reports.
The Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) calls this
application a State Plan for Assistive Technology.
