The ANA Consultant and Evaluator
Qualifications Form is used to collect data from prospective panel
reviewers in compliance with 42 USC Section 2991d-1. The form
allows the ANA Commissioner to select qualified people to review
grant appllications for: Social & Economic Development,
Language Preservation & Environmental Regulation. The review
process is a legislative mandate, & respondents are drawn from
the public with a legislatively required preference being given to
those who are Native: American, Alaskan, Hawiian, & other
Native Pacific Islanders.
