NOTE TO REVIEWER:
The Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is seeking a non-material change to Paperwork Reduction Act approval OMB No. 1205-0439. ETA is not changing any of the forms approved under OMB No. 1205-0439 as a result of changes to its National Emergency Grant (NEG) modification process/the issuance of this TEGL; ETA is simply reducing the number of approved forms grantees have to submit to request modifications to their NEGs.
Grantees previously had to submit all of the approved forms for each modification request; now they may only have to submit one or two, depending on the type of modification they are seeking. This significantly reduces the number of revisions/forms needed for most modification request types.
