U.S. Department of Education – Office of Innovation and Improvement Grantee Viewpoint Survey -
INTRODUCTION
The Office of Innovation and Improvement (OII) of the Department of Education is committed to better serving its grantees. In addition to the annual Grantee Satisfaction Survey, we are conducting a targeted survey to better understand your reactions to our current services and products and how we can improve them.
Please note that this survey refers to your experience as a grantee for your current grant. If you have any questions about this survey, please contact your program officer or Ayesha Edwards at ayesha.edwards@ed.gov.
According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, no persons are required to respond to a collection of information unless such collection displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB control number for this information collection is 1855-xxxx. Public reporting burden for this collection of information is estimated to average one hour per response, including time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information. The obligation to respond to this collection is voluntary. If you have comments or concerns regarding the status of your individual submission of this form, application or survey, please contact (Office of Innovation and Improvement, 400 Maryland Avenue S.W, Washington, D.C. 20202) directly.
