Other change**      Changes to the application are generally minor corrections and clarifications. However, we are reducing burden as shown above by removing the PMF requirement for the FLAS program. FLAS applicants will not be required to submit either GPRA or project-specific PMFs, as FLAS is a fellowship program, and the grantee institutions distribute all grant funds to student fellows.
