This survey is used to gather data on the noncognitive skills of cadets in the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program. Cadets will be surveyed at the beginning of their participation in the program and, for those who graduate, at their completion of the program. The data will be used to analyze changes in cadets' noncognitive skills in order to evaluate the program's effectiveness in strengthening these skills.
