Thank you for allowing your child, _______________, to take part in the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry’s (ATSDR) Exposure Investigation (EI) in Hayden and Winkelman, AZ. The goal of the EI is to determine whether people living in Hayden and Winkelman, AZ, are being exposed to lead and arsenic. Children under 6 years of age were only tested for lead.
