FCC Form 605 is a multi-purpose form
used to apply for an authorization to operate radio stations and
perform a variety of other miscellaneous tasks in the Ship,
Aircraft, Amateur, Restricted and Commercial Radio Operators, and
General Mobile Radio Services. The Commission is now submitting
this non-substantive change request for FCC Form 605, Schedule E.
This non-substantive change request seeks to amend FCC Form 605,
Schedule E, to migrate the existing T1, T2, and T3 operator class
codes to the new T-Radiotelephone Operator License. The T-Radio
Telephone Operator License will be a lifetime license. On January
9, 2013, the Commission released FCC 13-4,
