estimates of sources and uses of LIHEAP funding, average household
LIHEAP benefits, and the maximum household income cutoffs used for
LIHEAP assistance. The survey data are: (1) displayed in tables in
the Secretary's Annual LIHEAP Report to Congress, (2) used to
respond to inquiries from Congress, OMB, and the White House, and
(3) disseminated through copies of the Secretary's Annual LIHEAP
Report to Congress.
