Introduction

Hello. My name is ______________. I am calling from James Bell Associates, an evaluation firm based in Arlington, VA. As you may know, James Bell Associates and ICF International have been contracted by the Children’s Bureau to conduct an independent evaluation of the Children’s Bureau’s Implementation Centers and National Resource Centers. This evaluation addresses the role of technical assistance in helping states and tribes to improve their child welfare systems.
