Survey of Participants in Technical Assistance or Continuing Education Activities


Instructions: At the conclusion of a technical assistance or a continuing education activity, please distribute a survey to determine whether the participants found the activity beneficial. This information will assist you as you plan future activities with your state VR agencies and their partners. The information you collect will also help RSA determine the effectiveness of the technical assistance and continuing education you are providing.
