1 Study participants will be asked to collect a urine sample (“pregnancy urine”) the morning after their positive pregnancy test.

2 During the time before and during pregnancy, we will ask for permission to collect blood and urine samples twice. If blood and urine have already been collected twice prior to PV2, the participant will not be asked for a third set of biospecimens.

3 If you have decided to participate in a cord blood bank program to store your child’s umbilical cord, we will not collect any cord blood for the Study.
