 THERE IS NO NEED FOR THIS SURVEY. THIS PROJECT SHOUDL BE SHUT DOWN. THE BUDGET FOR THIS SHOUDL BE ZERO. 1 OUT OF 2 AMERICANS IS LIVING IN POVERTY. THEY ARE PUSHED INTO POVERY BY HIGH TAXES FOR USELESS PROJECTS LIKE THIS. THIS COMMENT  IS FOR THE PUBLIC RECORD. JEAN PUBLIC
