collaborate with Ex-Im Bank to provide Ex-Im Bank with its
requested data elements. As shown by the changes made to this
collection, MARAD shall continue to emphasize the voluntary nature
of 46 USC 55304, clarify it has no annual reporting requirement,
and minimize inconsistencies with the bills of lading.

Maritime Administration to fulfill its responsibilities under
Public Resolution 17, 73rd Congress, and 46 USC 55304 for the
control and surveillance of ocean shipments moving under Cargo

ships.
