The burden for this revised
information collection has increased by 4,318 hours. The change in
burden is due both to program changes and adjustments. **** Please
see the two tables included in the answere to question number 15 of
the Supporting Justification. Total program changes increased the
burden by 1,832 hours and responses by 896. Total adjustments
increased the burden by 2,486 hours and responses by 25,096. The
current OMB inventory shows a burden total of 11,520 hours, while
the present submission exhibits a total of 15,838 hours. Hence,
there is a burden increase of 4,318 hours. There is no change in
cost to respondents since the last submission.
