No Material or Non-substantive Change Request Justification
Passport
Services has significantly enlarged the Acceptance Facility portion
of the DS-11 in order to make it easier to scan and input the
applicant’s identification information into our systems.
The
changed section begins on Page 1 at the STOP! CONTINUE TO PAGE 2
line, and continues on the 2nd page (the enlarged section
forced a carryover to page 2).
No questions were
altered/changed, only a page formatting change.
Passport Services has added their address to the PRA Statement for public comment on burden issues. Previously the address indicated the Office of Directives Management. This change is to ensure burden comments go to the correct Office.
