The information collected is required
by DOE to reliably quantify what the SEP has accomplished
nationwide, in terms of reduction in energy use; production of
energy from renewable resources; reduction in carbon emissions; and
generation of jobs. The information will be used to inform
Congress, the Department, and the Administration of the current
state of program performance. Respondents will include project
managers, participants, vendors, and other associated
actors.
