FS-2700-4i	v.10/11 Revise clauses in section III: F. Damage to United States Property G. Health and Safety H. Environmental Protection	Track date form was changed. Clarify that the liability clause relates to the use and occupancy authorized by the permit; Revise health and safety clauses to make them more applicable to the operations conducted by outfitters and guides; Clarify liability by addressing environmental liability in separate clauses.
FS-2700-5b	v.11/11 Revise clauses: I.E. Nonexclusive Use VI.A.Fees VIII.A through H Revocation, Suspension, and Termination XII.F. Water Facilities and Water Rights Signature Block	Track date form was changed. Track regulation; Adds revenue amounts for 2010 and 2011; Updates clauses to be consistent with other term permits (FS-2700-5; Updated to incorporate clauses in 2709.11-2011-3; Adds Notary Public line.
FS-2700-12	v.10/11	Track date form was changed. Replaces outdated version of form erroneously included in clearance package.
