DoD Focus Groups of Employers are designed to identify ways of supporting employers when Guard and Reserve employees are absent due to military duties and examine knowledge of the compliance with Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and ESGR programs. DoD will use these date to inform decisions related to the management of the Guard and Reserve and for overall program evaluation and improvement
