Request to publish “Operating Instructions for Implementing the Amendments to the Trade Act of 1974 Enacted by the Trade Adjustment Assistance Extension Act of 2011”
ETA seeks OMB approval to publish a Training and Employment Guidance Letter (TEGL) clarifying the information collection responsibilities of State Workforce Agencies under the Trade Act amendments of October 2011. This TEGL does not materially affect the information collection requirements; nor does it alter the currently approved public burden estimate for this collection.
