The Eunice Kennedy Shriver National
Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) of the
National Institutes of Health (NIH) (hereafter "the Agency") seek
to obtain OMB approval of a generic clearance to collect
qualitative feedback on our service delivery. By qualitative
feedback we mean information that provides useful insights on
perceptions and opinions, but are not statistical surveys that
yield quantitative results that can be generalized to the
population of study.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
The following is a summary of the topics, regarding
the proposed collection of information, that the certification
covers:
(i) Why the information is being collected;
(ii) Use of information;
(iii) Burden estimate;
(iv) Nature of response (voluntary, required for a
benefit, or mandatory);
(v) Nature and extent of confidentiality; and
