NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-0932
The Federal Communications Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for information collection 3060-0932. The Commission received OMB preapproval for the information collection requirements contained in 47 CFR 74.793(d) on November 29, 2010 (FCC 10-172). The final rules were adopted as proposed on July 15, 2011 in FCC 11-110. The Commission is submitting this change request to account for the burden hours and costs and to activate them in OMB’s inventory.
Note: At the NPRM stage, the Commission proposed to have respondents to file FCC Form 301-CA (see FCC 10-172). However, the Commission determined that FCC Form 302-CA is less burdensome for respondents. Therefore, Section 73.3572(h) was removed from collection 3060-0932 and placed in 3060-0928.
